• Users: Individuals who need parcel delivery services
• Transporters: Independent contractors who provide delivery services

Our Service enables users to create delivery requests, receive bids from transporters, and manage deliveries. We provide the platform but do not directly provide transportation or delivery services. Transporters are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Transport Walla.

5. User Obligations

For All Users:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate information about parcels and deliveries
• Treat other users with respect and professionalism
• Not misuse or abuse the platform

For Senders:

• Accurately describe parcel contents, dimensions, and weight
• Ensure parcels are properly packaged
• Not send prohibited or illegal items
• Be available at pickup and delivery locations
• Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

For Transporters:

• Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance
• Provide accurate vehicle and capability information
• Handle parcels with care and professionalism
• Complete deliveries within agreed timeframes
• Comply with all traffic and transportation regulations

6. Payment & Fees

Users agree to pay all fees associated with their use of the Service, including:

• Delivery fees as agreed upon through bidding or direct pricing
• Platform fees and service charges
• Applicable taxes

Pricing is calculated based on distance, weight, dimensions, and other factors. All fees are displayed before confirmation. Payment processing is handled securely through our platform. Refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy for cancelled or failed deliveries.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items
• Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data (screen scraping)
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload viruses or malicious code

8. Intellectual Property

• Lost, damaged, or delayed parcels
• Actions or omissions of users or transporters
• Disputes between users and transporters

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transport Walla, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your conduct in connection with the Service

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
