When you post a parcel for bidding, verified transporters in your area can see it and place their bids. You can see each transporter's rating, price, and estimated delivery time. Choose the best offer that suits your needs.
Yes, all parcels are covered under our basic insurance policy up to ₹5,000. For high-value items, you can opt for premium insurance during checkout. We recommend declaring the correct value of your parcel for proper coverage.
If a transporter cancels after accepting your delivery, we immediately notify you and open your parcel for new bids. Any payment made is fully refunded or credited to your wallet instantly.
Our direct pricing is based on three factors: base fee (₹50), distance (₹8/km), and weight (₹5/kg). In bidding mode, transporters set their own prices which are often lower due to competition.
